What Our Clients Have to Say About REAL Experiences
I grew up loving horses, and never thought about how animals sense our thoughts or energy. While I was calm and at peace, both horses were trusting. Annie was good and peaceful but when Paige asked me questions I discovered I holding onto anger. I felt in myself, my blood pressure rising, anxious and irritated and then Bliss began fidgeting and moving away while Annie stepped in between us. I realized that my energy was affecting the horses so I breathed, grounded myself to happy memories. Almost instantaneously Bliss stepped back into a space where I could continue to brush her and Annie came behind my shoulder to lean her head on my shoulder in a trusting manner.
Being with horses makes me feel free. It’s fun. I can see how to apply it to the rollercoaster of life. Sometimes you know what to expect. Other times you aren’t prepared for it yet it’s freeing and fun.
